Bachelors Degree in Purchasing/Materials Management, Engineering, Business or comparable area, or the equivalent knowledge obtained through career experience or a combination of undergraduate course work and career experience. 2 to 3 years related work experience, 5 years preferred. Interpersonal skills to develop and manage relationships with internal customers and suppliers; negotiate effective contracts; and present ideas and proposals written and orally. General knowledge of available sources of pertinent business information, analytical skills to evaluate this information and communications skills to prepare/present presentations.
